About the design:

Access to water and toilets are essential to ensure good management of menstrual hygiene. The moon phases at the top of the image represent the menstrual cycle. The drop is both a woman's body and part of the Global WaSH logo. This t-shirt was created to represent that menstruating bodies are doubly neglected, when they don't have access to safe sanitation. We believe in the power of sanitation to reduce gender inequalities!
